Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped with care from California. Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days, as many of our products are handcrafted in small batches.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination and are separate from our processing time.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Adelica Candle Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing and carrier transit times may take a little longer.
